RULES AND REGULATIONS CONCERNING MONTHLY CARD HOLDER PARKING RIGHTS

1. Parking Rights. The purchase of a Parking Permit grants the Monthly Card Holder a license to park at the MFAPARKING GARAGE, conditioned on the timely payment of parking fees and any additional charges that may be due, and compliance with these Rules and Regulations, as amended from time to time. The Monthly Card Holder may cancel parking privileges as of the end of any given calendar month on at least thirty (30) days prior written notice to Operator. Operator reserves the right to cancel parking privileges at any time, although Operator will endeavor to provide at least thirty (30) days prior written notice of cancellation except in the case of (i)circumstances beyond Operator's control, or (ii) the Monthly Card Holder's failure to pay amounts when due or other violation of these Rules and Regulations.
2. Non-Assign ability. Parking privileges may not be transferred, assigned or resold.
3. Monthly Cardholder Application. The Monthly Card Holder must complete and deliver to Operator a "Monthly Card Holder Application" (copy on reverse) to obtain parking privileges. If the information supplied should change, or if Operator should modify the Monthly Card Holder Application, the Monthly Card Holder must promptly submit a new Monthly Card Holder Application.
4. Monthly Card. A card allowing access to and from the Garage ("Monthly Card") will be issued upon the applicant's (i) submission of a completed Monthly Card Holder Application, and (ii) The Monthly Card may be used only in accordance with these Rules and Regulations, and at all times remains the property of Operator.
5. Monthly Parking Fees. Monthly parking fees are established by Operator and are subject to change (Operator will give Monthly Card Holders as much advance notice of change as is practicable). Monthly parking fees cannot be prorated or otherwise adjusted for periods during which the Monthly Cardholder does not use parking privileges. The monthly parking fee must be paid by cash, check, or credit card, prior to the first day of the month to which it applies. Operator reserves the right to assess a charge, which shall be due from the Monthly Card Holder within 10 days from the date of assessment, for any check that is not honored when presented for payment.
6. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Monthly Cards. Lost, stolen or damaged Monthly Cards will be replaced promptly upon payment of the replacement fee in effect at that time. A Monthly Card which cannot be used due to a defect not caused by the Monthly Cardholder will be replaced without charge. In no event will Operator or the Garage be responsible for value lost or costs incurred, or for the inability of a Monthly Card Holder to use the Garage, due to a lost, stolen, damaged or defective Monthly Card, nor shall monthly parking fees be prorated, refunded, or otherwise reduced by reason thereof.
7. Use of the Garage. Operator may establish and distribute operating rules relating to proper use of the Garage. A Monthly Card Holder must comply with such operating rules, these Rules and Regulations and other applicable laws and regulations, and shall follow safe driving practices at all times while in the Garage.
8. No Commercial Use. The Monthly Card may be used only to park a passenger car, van or light truck having a maximum height no greater than the maximum height posted and of such length and width such that it fits within a conventional parking space. The Garage may not be used for parking commercial vehicles or as a staging area for commercial transportation, delivery or other services, except with Operator's prior written consent.
9. No Storage, Abandonment. The Garage may not be used for storage of vehicles or other equipment. Any vehicle or equipment remaining in the Garage for more than thirty (30) calendar days shall be deemed abandoned and may be removed from the Garage (Operator will endeavor, but is not required, to send notification to the Monthly Card Holder at the current billing address five (5) days before removal), in which event neither Operator nor the Garage owner shall have any liability to any person for loss or damage on account of such removal. All costs incurred in removing and storing any such abandoned vehicle or equipment shall be reimbursed by the Monthly Card Holder upon being billed therefore by Operator.
10. No Liability of Operator or Garage Owner. The Parking permit grants the Monthly Card Holder a license to park only, and no bailment is intended or shall be deemed created. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Operator nor the Garage Owner, nor their respective officers, directors, beneficiaries, agents, employees, successors and assigns, shall be responsible or liable to any extent for (i) damage to or theft of any vehicle or its contents due to fire, collision, vandalism or any other cause, (ii) injuries or liabilities suffered by any person while using the Garage; or (iii) any losses or other damages incurred by any party by reason of that party's inability to use the Garage.

Van Ness Garage

RULES AND REGULATIONS CONCERNING MONTHLY CARD HOLDER PARKING RIGHTS

11. Interest on Late Payments. Interest shall accrue on all overdue and unpaid parking fees and any other unpaid charges, commencing on the first day of the month in which payment thereof became due, at an annual rate of eighteen percent (18%).
12. No Liability of Parking Operator or Garage Owner. Payment of the applicable monthly parking fee grants the Monthly Card Holder a license to park only, and no bailment is intended or shall be deemed created. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Parking Operator nor the Garage Owner, nor their respective officers, directors, beneficiaries, agents, employees, successors and assigns, shall be responsible or liable to any extent for (i) damage to or theft of any vehicle or its contents due to fire, collision, vandalism or any other cause, (ii) injuries or liabilities suffered by any person while using the Garage; or (iii) any losses or other damages incurred by any party by reason of that party's inability to use the Garage.

Terms & Conditions

1. Parking Card
A. A lost or stolen parking card should be reported as soon as possible.
B. Do not leave your parking card in your car. It may become warped due to heat or cracked due to cold temperatures.
2. Conditions For Use of a Parking Card or Permit
A. A parking card or permit authorized the holder to have only one of the vehicles listed on the application in the garage at any given time.
B. Owners of more than one vehicle or members of car pools may, therefore, use a single card for more than one vehicle as long as each one has been listed and only one vehicle is
parked in the garage at the time.
C. If two members of a car pool drive two vehicles on the same day, only one car pooler will be permitted to use the parking card. The other car pooler must pull a ticket and park in
Visitor Parking and must pay for parking at the current daily rate.
D. The card holder is responsible for updating the parking office of any changes regarding license number, address, email address, employer or mobile number.
E. Any parker found to be misusing their parking privileges (Example, but not limited to: passing the card to another individual) will be subject to termination of privileges.
F. Failure to properly register your car or misuse of parking spaces may subject your car to towing.
G. Long term storage of vehicles, properly registered or not, is not permitted without the prior written consent of LAZ Parking. Special Rates apply for overnight storage.
3. Procedures When you Forget Your Card
A. If the monthly parker is without an access card, a ticket should be pulled to enter the parking deck. You will be granted a one time exit without charge. The parkers name and card
number will be logged and a follow-up check of the card use history will be performed. Any person found to be misusing their parking card will be subject to termination of parking
privileges.
4. Parking Garage Procedures
A. Follow directional signs throughout all levels of the garage.
B. Use your parking access card to both enter and exit from the facility. DO NOT TAKE A TICKET TO ENTER THEGARAGE.
C. The parking access system will not allow pass backs or multiple exits. Access cards must be used in sequence. Only one entrance and one exit are allowed per cycle. Unlimited
cycles are allowed daily.
D. Overnight storage of a vehicle is not permitted without the prior consent of LAZ Parking.
E. PARKERS WHO ARE OBSERVED DRIVING THE WRONG WAY WILL BE GIVEN ONE WRITTEN WARNING. FUTUREVIOLATION MAY RESULT IN TERMINATION OF
PARKING PRIVILEGES.
F. A speed limit of 5 mph will be monitored by Parking Personnel and Security Officers: violations will be issued.
G .Parking is not allowed in RESERVED, VISITOR, HANDICAP PARKING OR IN NO PARKING ZONES unless authorized to do so.

K. LAZ PARKING is not responsible for theft, damage, loss of vehicles or items contained within the vehicle while parked on the premise. Damage or theft to any vehicle is the sole responsibility of the vehicle’s owner.
L. Any parker receiving three (3) or more violations will be subject to termination without further warning. Violations are given for using two spaces, driving the wrong way, speeding or
any other reasons at the discretion of the Parking Manager.
M. Unidentified vehicles. A citation will be left on the windshield. A response is required the following day to ensure identification.

1. Licensor reserves the right to valet cars.
2. Parkers must lock their vehicles before leaving them. Neither Licensor nor Licensee shall be responsible for stolen vehicles or items stolen from vehicles.
3. Spaces reserved for handicapped parkers are marked. Vehicles not displaying valid handicapped plates or licenses are prohibited from parking in handicapped spaces and may be towed or otherwise removed from such spaces at the vehicle owner’s and/or Licensee’s expense.
4. Unless valeted, vehicles must be parked only within the striped spaces. Parking outside the striped spaces is strictly prohibited.
5. Shuttle buses and similar vehicles may pick up and drop off passengers utilizing the designated shuttle bus lanes, if any, but in any event may not enter or park in the parking lot itself.
6. Illegally parked vehicles will be tagged and may be towed at the vehicle owner’s and/or Licensee’s expense.
7. No vehicle may travel more than five miles per hour on the property.
8. All vehicles must follow and obey directional and traffic control signage on the property.
9. Alcohol and illegal or illicit drugs are not permitted on the property.
10. Users may not perform oil changes, vehicle servicing or repairs, or wash vehicles on the property. However windshield replacement may be undertaken By a licensed and insured provider.
11. Users shall not mark, print, deface or damage the property or any part thereof.
12. Users shall comply with all security measures established by Licensor and the orders and directions of security personnel.
13. Canvassing, soliciting and peddling are prohibited.
14. Users shall at all times comply with applicable federal, state and municipal laws and regulations.
15. Users shall not perform or commit to any action or make any uses of the property which might endanger persons or property or require special insurance coverage.
16. All accidents must be reported to Licensor or security personnel immediately.

Harvard University assumes no responsibility for damages to any vehicle or contents by reason of fire, theft, vandalism, or other causes, and I covenant not to sue for any damages if this application is granted. I agree to observe parking regulations as from time to time are in forced: to pay any amounts due to the University such as fines or expenses for violation of such regulations by vehicles owned or operated by me. I understand that, except as set forth in the next succeeding paragraph, Harvard University shall not be responsible for such damages. I agree to observe all parking regulations in effect from time to time and to promptly pay any and all fees, fines, or expenses imposed by the University with respect to violations of such regulations by me or others to whom I have provided permission to use my space. I understand that any claims for damages from actions of Harvard or SP Plus Corporation employees in valet parking of vehicles must be made in writing to the garage supervisor prior to exiting the garage or leaving the surface lot and are otherwise waived. All parkers must report of damages: claim for damages, dents, breakage, theft, etc. on vehicle before leaving the garage or lot. How to gain entrance to the garage: When entering or exiting the garage please slowly approach the gate, stop at the gate, reach out the driver’s window and either tap or slide your access card through the card reader. When the green light appears on the reader the gate arm will raise and you may proceed forward. If the gate does not rise, please step out of your vehicle use the house phone located by the reader and dial 2-1379 for assistance. I understand that Harvard reserves the right to grant or deny this application and that no parking privileges are granted until Harvard has accepted the application and issued a parking sticker. Upon the issuance of such sticker, I shall be bound here under. Quad Garage Parkers: I understand that Harvard may revoke my parking space if any of the vehicles I’ve listed on this parking application is an SUV, truck, minivan, crossover, or have height, width or weight limitations. An attempt will be made to relocate my parking location if another space is available. After hour parking is available from 5:00 P.M. to 5:00 A.M. on weekdays, all day Saturday and Sunday, and any Harvard Holidays in the garage chosen at the time of registration. Tenant Monthly Card Holders may cancel parking privileges on the first day of a month with a fifteen day written notice to Harvard. Harvard reserves the right to cancel parking privileges at any time, although Harvard will endeavor to provide at least thirty (30) days prior written notice of cancellation except in the case of (i)circumstances beyond Harvard's control, or (ii) the Monthly Card Holder's failure to pay amounts when due or other violation of these Rules and Regulations. Upon cancellation, parking decals and lot clickers should be returned to the Commuter Services and Parking Office.

All costs incurred in removing and storing any such abandoned vehicle or equipment shall be reimbursed by the Monthly Card Holder upon being billed therefore by Harvard.

Rules and Regulations Concerning Permit Holder Parking

 

  1. Parking Rights: The purchase of a Parking Permit entitles the Permit Holder to park at the designated facility during the facility’s hours of operation, conditioned on the timely payment of parking fees to your employer and any additional charges that may be due, and compliance with these Rules and Regulations as amended from time to time. The Longwood Collective reserves the right to cancel parking privileges at any time. The Longwood Collective will endeavor to provide at least 30 days prior notice of cancellation except in the case of (i) circumstances beyond its control, or (ii) the Permit Holder’s failure to pay amounts when due or other violation(s) of these Rules and Regulations.

 

  1. Non-assignability: The Parking Rights may not be transferred, assigned or resold.

 

  1. Parking Registration Form: The Permit Holder must complete and deliver to The Longwood Collective a completed and executed “Parking Registration Form” (a copy of this form is attached) before using parking privileges. If the information you supply should later change, or if The Longwood Collective modifies the Registration form or requests an updated Registration Form from you, the Permit Holder must promptly submit a new Parking Registration Form.

 

  1. Monthly Parking Fees: The monthly parking fees are established by the institution for which the Permit Holder is an employee and collected from the Permit Holder by Participating Institution for which the Permit Holder is employed. The amount of the monthly parking fee is subject to change (The Longwood Collective will give the Institution as much notice of any change(s) as possible). Monthly parking fees cannot be prorated or otherwise adjusted for periods during which Permit Holder does not use the parking privileges.

 

  1. Permits: A keycard, decal, hangtag, or other type of parking permit for the designated facility, during the Permit Holder’s work hours only, will be issued by the Permit Holder’s Institution upon the Permit Holder’s submission of the completed Parking Registration Form. The Permit will allow one car to be parked in the designated facility at any one time. The Permit is to be used only in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the respective facility.  The Permit will remain the property of the Longwood Collective at all times.

 

  1. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Permits:  Lost, stolen, or damaged Permits will be replaced promptly by the Permit Holders employer upon the Permit Holder’s submission of a lost or stolen report, and payment of the Permit replacement fee then in effect. A Permit which cannot be used due to a defect not caused by the Permit Holder will be replaced without charge. In no event will The Longwood Collective or the Parking Facility be responsible for the loss of the Permit, or for the inability of the Permit Holder to use the facility due to a lost, stolen, damaged or defective Parking Permit, nor shall parking fees be prorated or otherwise reduced by reason of the loss.

 

  1. Use of Facility: The Longwood Collective may establish and distribute operating rules relating to proper use of the Parking Facility. A Permit Holder must comply with such operating rules, as well as other applicable laws and regulations. The Permit Holder agrees to also follow safe driving practices at all times while in the Parking Facility.

 

  1. No Commercial Use: The Parking Permit may be used only to park a passenger car, van or light truck having a maximum height that is no greater than the maximum height posted at the facility being accessed, and of such length and width that it fits within a conventional parking space. The Parking Facility may not be used for parking commercial vehicles or as a staging area for commercial transportation, delivery, or other services.  

 

  1. No Storage or Abandonment: The Parking Facility may not be used for storage of vehicles or other equipment. Any vehicle or equipment remaining in the facility for more than thirty (30) calendar days shall be deemed abandoned and may be removed from the Facility (The Longwood Collective will endeavor, but is not required, to send notification to the Permit Holder at the current registered address five (5) days before removal). Neither The Longwood Collective nor the Facility owner shall have any liability to any person for loss or damage on account of such removal. All costs incurred in removing and storing any such abandoned vehicle or equipment shall be reimbursed by the Permit Holder upon being billed therefor by Operator.

 

  1. Default: If the Permit Holder (i) fails to pay any additional charges imposed under these Rules and Regulations within thirty days (30) after being billed, or (ii) violates these Rules and Regulations in any other respect and fails to cure such violation within any cure period reasonably designated by The Longwood Collective (it being understood that no cure period will be afforded in the case of repeated or egregious violations), The Longwood Collective may immediately suspend the Parking Right and deactivate the Parking Permit.

 

  1. No Liability.  Payment of the applicable parking fee grants the Permit Holder a license to park only; no bailment is intended or shall be deemed created. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither The Longwood Collective, nor the Facility owner, nor their respective officers, directors, beneficiaries, agents, employees, successors and assigns, shall be responsible or liable to any extent for (i) damage to or theft of any vehicle due to fire, collision, vandalism or any other cause, (ii) injuries or liabilities suffered by any person while using the Parking Facility, or (iii) any losses or other damages incurred by any party by reason of that party’s inability to use the Parking Facility.

Landmark Center Rules and Regulations


1. Licensor reserves the right to valet cars.
2. Parkers must lock their vehicles before leaving them. Neither Licensor nor Licensee shall be responsible for stolen vehicles or items stolen from vehicles.
3. Spaces reserved for handicapped parkers are marked. Vehicles not displaying valid handicapped plates or licenses are prohibited from parking in handicapped spaces and may be towed or otherwise removed from such spaces at the vehicle owner’s and/or Licensee’s expense.
4. Unless valeted, vehicles must be parked only within the striped spaces. Parking outside the striped spaces is strictly prohibited.
5. Shuttle buses and similar vehicles may pick up and drop off passengers utilizing the designated shuttle bus lanes, if any, but in any event may not enter or park in the parking lot itself.
6. Illegally parked vehicles will be tagged and may be towed at the vehicle owner’s and/or Licensee’s expense.
7. No vehicle may travel more than five miles per hour on the property.
8. All vehicles must follow and obey directional and traffic control signage on the property.
9. Alcohol and illegal or illicit drugs are not permitted on the property.
10. Users may not perform oil changes, vehicle servicing or repairs, or wash vehicles on the property. However windshield replacement may be undertaken By a licensed and insured provider.
11. Users shall not mark, print, deface or damage the property or any part thereof.
12. Users shall comply with all security measures established by Licensor and the orders and directions of security personnel.
13. Canvassing, soliciting and peddling are prohibited.
14. Users shall at all times comply with applicable federal, state and municipal laws and regulations.
15. Users shall not perform or commit to any action or make any uses of the property which might endanger persons or property or require special insurance coverage.
16. All accidents must be reported to Licensor or security personnel immediately.

Simmons University Garage

RULES AND REGULATIONS CONCERNING MONTHLY CARD HOLDER PARKING RIGHTS


1. Parking Rights. The purchase of a Parking Permit grants the Monthly Card Holder a license to park at Simmons University Garage parking facility, conditioned on the timely payment of parking fees and any additional charges that may be due, and compliance with these Rules and Regulations, as amended from time to time. The Monthly Card Holder may cancel parking privileges as of the end of any given calendar month on at least thirty (30) days prior written notice to Parking Operator. The Parking Operator reserves the right to cancel parking privileges at any time, although the Parking Operator will endeavor to provide at least thirty (30) days prior written notice of cancellation except in the case of (i) circumstances beyond the Parking Operator's control, or (ii) the Monthly Card Holder's failure to pay amounts when due or other violation of these Rules and Regulations.

2. Non-Assignability. Parking privileges may not be transferred, assigned or resold.

3. Monthly Cardholder Application. The Monthly Card Holder must complete and deliver to Parking Operator a "Monthly Card Holder Application" (copy on reverse) to obtain parking privileges. If the information supplied should change, or if Parking Operator should modify the Monthly Card Holder Application, the Monthly Card Holder must promptly submit a new Monthly Card Holder Application.

4. Monthly Card. A card allowing access to and from the Garage ("Monthly Card") will be issued upon the applicant's (i)submission of a completed Monthly Card Holder Application, and (ii) payment of the initial monthly parking fee. The Monthly Card may be used only in accordance with these Rules and Regulations, and at all times remains the property of Operator.


5. Monthly Parking Fees. Monthly parking fees are established by the Parking Operator and are subject to change(Parking Operator will give Monthly Card Holders as much advance notice of change as is practicable). Monthly parking fees cannot be prorated or otherwise adjusted for periods during which the Monthly Cardholder does not use parking privileges. The monthly parking fee must be paid by check, or credit card, prior to the first day of the month to which it applies. The Parking Operator reserves the right to assess a charge, which shall be due from the Monthly Card Holder within 10 days from the date of assessment, for any check that is not honored when presented for payment.


6. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Monthly Cards. Lost, stolen or damaged Monthly Cards will be replaced promptly upon payment of the replacement fee in effect at that time. A Monthly Card which cannot be used due to a defect not caused by the Monthly Cardholder will be replaced without charge. In no event will Parking Operator or the Garage be responsible for value lost or costs incurred, or for the inability of a Monthly Card Holder to use the Garage, due to a lost, stolen, damaged or defective Monthly Card, nor shall monthly parking fees be prorated, refunded, or other wise reduced by reason thereof.


7. Use of the Garage. The Parking Operator may establish and distribute operating rules relating to proper use of the Garage. A Monthly Card Holder must comply with such operating rules, these Rules and Regulations and other applicable laws and regulations, and shall follow safe driving practices at all times while in the Garage.

All costs incurred in removing and storing any such abandoned vehicle or equipment shall be reimbursed by the Monthly Card Holder upon being billed therefore by Parking Operator.


10. Default. If the Monthly Card Holder (i) fails to pay any monthly parking fee when due, (ii) fails to pay any additional charge imposed under these Rules and Regulations within ten (10) days after being billed therefore, or(iii)violates these Rules and Regulations in any other respect and fails to cure such violation within any cure period reasonably designated by Parking Operator (it being understood that no cure period will be afforded in the case of repeated or egregious violations), Operator may immediately suspend all parking privileges and deactivate the Monthly Card.


11. Interest on Late Payments. Interest shall accrue on all overdue and unpaid parking fees and any other unpaid charges, commencing on the first day of the month in which payment thereof became due, at an annual rate of eighteen percent (18%).


12. No Liability of Parking Operator or Garage Owner. Payment of the applicable monthly parking fee grants the Monthly Card Holder a license to park only, and no bailment is intended or shall be deemed created. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Parking Operator nor the Garage Owner, nor their respective officers, directors, beneficiaries, agents, employees, successors and assigns, shall be responsible or liable to any extent for (i) damage to or theft of any vehicle or its contents due to fire, collision, vandalism or any other cause, (ii) injuries or liabilities suffered by any person while using the Garage; or (iii) any losses or other damages incurred by any party by reason of that party's inability to use the Garage.
