With the help of a tax-exempt lease from MassDevelopment, MASCO has purchased a new fleet of buses and cut vans for its shuttle services.

Canada-based New Flyer Industries will manufacture 30 Xcelsior clean diesel heavy-duty buses for MASCO, and Krystal by ElDorado National will manufacture 7 new cut vans.

The beginning of January 2016 saw the completion of 730,000 square feet of new development in the LMA.

And that’s just the start.

The number of square feet presently in development is another 886,000. Tag onto that another 1.68 million in the planning process. Growth in and around the LMA is at warp speed.
